"Summer weekends in the Hamptons are sacred, and entertaining at home is an elegant and artful alternative to the raucous scene. Taking this approach on Friday evening was hostess Lizzie Tisch, who welcomed an art-centric group to her Bridgehampton home to toast artist Ashley Longshore. Tisch, resplendent in a multicolored frock, greeted guests including Kelly Ripa and Sarah Jessica Parker.
Longshore held court in a custom-made Dapper Dan for Gucci suit punctuated by blingy rings, and chatted with Flour Shop’s Amirah Kassem, Andrew Saffir and Daniel Benedict, and Jane Krakowski. As the sun set on the sequined furniture, the time-out chair, and the Cartier Love bracelet hula hoop (all pieces for sale by Longshore as part of Tisch’s LTD by Lizzie Tisch venture), it was time for others, including Peter Pilotto and Christopher de Vos—in town as guests of Alina Cho—to take their seats for an intimate and elegant dinner."
